Area dedicated to promoting Agave and its derived products like Sotol, Raicilla, Bacanora, Mezcal, Pulque and Tequila.
Agave Fest gathers and shares the products generated from the distillation of agave.
It is a forum for producers and distributors to make contacts and generate business with professionals in the retail and hospitality industry.
Consumers try the distillates and products derived from agave, discover, buy and choose their favorite brands and labels; to later buy them at points of sale and consumption centers.
Recently, agave-derived products have been gaining followers, especially mezcal. For the hospitality sector, tequila and mezcal have become obligatory products on their menus and an important niche for doing business. Likewise, mezcal exports have increased by 120%, having a special reception in cities such as London, Paris and New York.

At Wine Room, the most emblematic wines are presented as well as the newest wines at preferential prices. Taste, Buy and Enjoy.
Wine consumption in Mexico remains below 750 ml. per capita and is estimated to be increasing annually by 7%, with 60% of Mexicans preferring red wines
The Veganauta pavilion is a space within Gourmet Show dedicated to promoting products and foods suitable for vegans, gastronomic trends that show the gourmet side of vegan cuisine.
The pavilion offers options for businesses and opening markets, generating a positive impact on our visitors.
We are bringing vegan culture closer by offering meat-free food alternatives, and products made in a conscious and environmentally responsible way.
At the Veganauta pavilion, we present products made with environmental awareness, with knowledge of the origin of the food (exploitation and consumption) as well as organic products of non-animal origin, which are the alternatives of the world of the future.
